This is the MOST excited I h
ave been about a concert so far! I was itching to get there, set up and even dance myself!
I loved the little hugs before the concert from tiny ones who were even more excited than I was to get up on stage. I loved the hugs from our bigger ones after the concert who were equally as proud of themselves as I was of them.
I have put a lo
t of hard work in behind the scenes and think about our goals and new innovations way in advance. We are continually listening to feedback and implementing new ideas.
The moment of our concert is so special in the journey of dance, and I see that the students thrive in the excitement, performance and friendship support. These are the moments I live for.
Before this can all happen, there are so many ups and downs. The journey to get on stage is not an easy one but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
THESE students blew me away! The way they stepped up and brought it on stage and supported each other backstage, was my absolute highlight. You guys are my favorites

I ALWAYS forget people who are involved in getting stuff done – sorry! You are all SOO appreciated. Here are some extra thank yous.
Thank you to all the volunteers that made stuff happen! There were so many people that I saw step up and help that had not put their name down but still slotted into their roles perfectly. Even the kids helped!
Here are some people that I saw (and didn’t mention last night), and then there were probably many others I didn’t see, so thank you also!
